AGENDA DESCRIPTION: The Agenda descriptions are intended to give notice, to members of the public, of a general summary of items of business to be transacted or discussed. 
 
Any person wishing to address the Transportation Advisory Committee on any matter, whether or not it appears on this agenda, may do so under the appropriate section of the agenda. Whenever possible, lengthy testimony should be presented to the Committee in writing (12 copies) and only pertinent points presented orally. Requests to speak to items on the agenda shall be heard at the appropriate point on the agenda; requests to speak about subjects not on the agenda will be heard during the Public Comment section of the meeting.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Recommend that the City Council approve the Seven Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Fiscal Years 08/09 – 14/15.
 
B.
Proposition 1B Funds – Local Streets and Roads Improvement, Congestion Relief, and Traffic Safety Account Funds
    
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Recommend that the City Council approve a resolution in support of the application for $400,000 in Proposition 1B funds for the El Toro Road eastbound pavement reconstruction project.
 
C. Orange County Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan Development
    
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive the presentation and discuss development of the Orange County Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan
