V. COMMITTEE BUSINESS

A. Potential Programs and Trips for FY 2008-2009

Proposed Action: The Committee will finalize potential programs and trips for the new fiscal year.

B. Critique of Program with the Library on “To Kill a Mocking Bird.”

Proposed Action: The Committee will critique the program and make recommendations for co-hosting future events with the Library and Library Friends group.

C. Critique of April 30th Trip to Museum of Tolerance and Mosque

Proposed Action: The Committee will review the trip and make recommendations for enhancing future trips.

D. Review Remaining Program and Trip for FY 07-08

Proposed Action: The Committee will review the remaining program and trip for the fiscal year:

May 22nd The Committee is co-hosting with the Friends of the Laguna Woods Library the showing of the movie: “Freedom Writers.”

June 22nd The trip to the International Cottages in Balbo Park. Irene Lawyer and Mel Levine will assist.
