Mark Stein has resigned and Kim Min was appointed to the Committee by the City Council on October 17, 2007

III. PRIOR MEETING RE-CAP

The recap of the October 9th meeting is attached for the review and approval of the committee. There was no quorum for the November 13, 2007 meeting.

IV. PRESENTATION

No Presentation Scheduled.

V. COMMITTEE BUSINESS

A. International Holiday Celebration December 13, 2007

Proposed Action: The Committee will review statues of the preparations for this annual event.

B. Finalize Schedule for FY 2007-08 Trips and Programs

Proposed Action: Committee will consider dates for remaining programs and trips.

C. Advisory Committee Policies and Procedures

Proposed Action: The Committee will review operating procedures for advisory committee members.
