The recap of the October 9th meeting is attached for the review and approval of the committee.

V. COMMITTEE BUSINESS

A. International Holiday Celebration December 13, 2007

Proposed Action: The Committee will review status of the preparations for this annual event.

B. Finalize Schedule for FY 2007-08 Trips and Programs

Proposed Action: Committee to consider dates for remaining programs and trips.

C. Human Rights Day December 10, 2007

Proposed Action: The Committee will review Human Rights Day Proclamation and recommend adoption by the City Council.

D. Advisory Committee Operating Procedures

Proposed Action: The Committee will review operating procedures for advisory committee members.
