A. The recap of the October 11th meeting is attached for the

review and approval of the committee.

V. COMMITTEE BUSINESS

A. Finalize FY 05-06 Schedule for Trips and Programs

Proposed Action: The committee to set date and finalize plans for the Vietnamese and Korean Culture Trip in February 2006 and the Armenian-Polish Cultural Trip in May.

B. Holiday Celebration Preparations

Proposed Action: Committee to discuss publicity for the program and the preparation of a flyer for distribution.

C. Critique of the Inter-Faith Diversity Bus Trip

Proposed Action: The committee will discuss the trip and make recommendations for upcoming trips.

D. Sister City Program

Proposed Action: Committee Member Leacarol Shinder will update the Committee on information acquired from other cities on their Sister City Programs.

E. Proclamation Human Rights Day

Proposed Action: Committee Members recommend that the City Council proclaim December 10, 2005 as Human Rights Day.
