A. The recap of the July 12th meeting is attached for the

review and approval of the committee.

IV. PRESENTATION 

No Presentation is scheduled for the meeting.

V. COMMITTEE BUSINESS

A. Finalize FY 05-06 Schedule for Trips and Programs

Proposed Action:  Committee to discuss the schedule (Attachment 1) and a potential program in September on Asian Indians in America.

B. Holiday Celebration Preparations 

Proposed Action:  The committee will review the draft letter (Attachment 2) and determine which clubs to solicit for participation in the Holiday celebration.  The committee to designate speakers for the program and decide on the various types of International holiday music to use.

C. Sister City Program

Proposed Action: Committee to review information about the Sister City Program.
