CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

SPECIAL MEETING

October 20, 2004

1:30 P.M.

I.    CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Ring called the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laguna Woods to order at 1:30 p.m.

III.  ROLL CALL

COUNCILMEMBERS    PRESENT:    Hack, McLaughlin, Ross, Ring

                  ABSENT:     Bouer

STAFF PRESENT:    City Manager Keane; City Attorney Biggs; City Clerk Condon;

IV.   CLOSED SESSION

The City Council met in closed session to confer with legal counsel regarding one matter of potential litigation, pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 54956.9(b)

The City Council reconvened and advised there was no reportable action.

V.  ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 1:50 p.m. to a Regular Meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at Laguna Woods City Hall, 24264 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637.
