AGENDA DESCRIPTION: The Agenda descriptions are intended to give notice, to members of the public, of a general summary of items of business to be transacted or discussed. 

Any person wishing to address the Water Quality Committee on any matter, whether or not it appears on this agenda, may do so under the appropriate section of the agenda.   Whenever possible, lengthy testimony should be presented to the Committee in writing (12 copies) and only pertinent points presented orally.  Requests to speak to items on the agenda shall be heard at the appropriate point on the agenda; requests to speak about subjects not on the agenda will be heard during the Public Comment section of the meeting.

A. Laguna Lakes Water Quality Report

Proposed Action:  A representative of County of Orange Watershed and Coastal Resources Division will provide a summary of the Laguna Lakes water quality testing program and results of their analysis.

B. Inter-Coastal and Watershed Cleanup Day

Proposed Action:  Discuss the City’s preparation for the September 20, 2003 Inter-Coastal and Watershed Cleanup Day, coordination, project sites and volunteer efforts.      

C. Water Quality Promotional Material:

Proposed Action: Approve budget for distribution of a water quality newsletter and calendar
