AGENDA DESCRIPTION: The Agenda descriptions are intended to give notice, to members of the public, of a general summary of items of business to be transacted or discussed.
Any person wishing to address the Community Services Committee on any matter, whether or not it appears on this agenda, may do so under the appropriate section of the agenda. Whenever possible, lengthy testimony should be presented to the Committee in writing (12 copies) and only pertinent points presented orally. Requests to speak to items on the agenda shall be heard at the appropriate point on the agenda; requests to speak about subjects not on the agenda will be heard during the Public Comment section of the meeting.

A. Fiscal Year 2002-03 Work Plan
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discuss and approve FY 02/03 Work Plan for presentation to the City Council.
Note: No staff report; there was no change from the last meeting.
B. El Toro Road Improvement Plans
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Recommend that the City Council:
1. Approve street and sidewalk landscaping on El Toro Road between the southwest City limit and Calle Sonora.
2. Approve the conceptual plan for sidewalk modification, street reconfiguration, and street and sidewalk landscaping on El Toro Road between Moulton Parkway and Paseo de Valencia.
C. Establishment of a Privacy Protection Subcommittee of the Community Services Committee
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the formation of a Privacy Protection Subcommittee of the Community Services Committee and related FY 02/03 work plan.
