Saddleback Golf Cars proposes to operate a golf car/cart retail sales and services business in an existing 20,133 square foot industrial building on 1.23 acres at the corner of Moulton Parkway and Campo Verde. The retail component of the project will be the sales of golf cars/carts and accessories to the general public. The services component will consist of repair and upgrade of golf cars/carts, which will include electrical work, welding and parts installation, painting, detailing and washing. At its September 16, 2009 meeting, the City Council approved the conditional use permit, adopted the negative declaration and introduced first reading of the ordinance modifying zoning. The Council will consider adoption of the zoning ordinance at its October 21, 2009 meeting.
