V. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
A. Review Brown Act and Conflict of Interest Regulations
Proposed Action: The City Manager will review with the Committee the Brown Act and Conflict of Interest Regulations
B. Finalize Schedule for FY 2007-08 Trips and Programs
Proposed Action: Committee set the dates for the FY 07-08 trips and programs and assign Committee members to assist on each event.
C. Human Relations Subcommittees
Proposed Action: The Committee will finalize the membership for the International Holiday Celebration Subcommittee and the Culture Awareness Subcommittee and set dates for their first meetings.
D. Review Policy on Committee Members Assisting on City Sponsored Trips
Proposed Action: The Committee will review and make recommendations on the Policy for Committee Members Assisting on City Sponsored Trips.
E. Pledge of Allegiance
Proposed Action: The Committee will consider reciting the Pledge of Allegiance before each meeting.
