Proposed Action: Committee to discuss the schedule and finalize the dates and times for the programs and trips in FY 2005-06. Attachment 1. The committee to reschedule the August trip.
B. Holiday Celebration Preparations
Proposed Action: The committee to discuss the plans and preparations, for the Holiday Celebration Displays at City Hall, International holiday music and invited speakers.
C. Sister City Program
Proposed Action: Committee to review information about the Sister City Program.
