V. COMMITTEE BUSINESS

A. Finalize Plans for an August Trip

Proposed Action:  Committee to discuss a trip for August and finalize plans for an Armenian/Polish cultural trip or other trip destinations.

B. Holiday Celebration Preparations 

Proposed Action:  The committee to assign Committee members to assist the city staff with the preparations, decorations and participation by ethic clubs in the Holiday Celebration Display at City Hall.

C. Sister City Program

Proposed Action: Committee to discuss a city sister program for Laguna Woods and assign committee members to work on researching the information necessary for establishing a sister city program.
