AGENDA DESCRIPTION: The Agenda descriptions are intended to give notice, to members of the public, of a general summary of items of business to be transacted or discussed. 

Any person wishing to address the Community Services Committee on any matter, whether or not it appears on this agenda, may do so under the appropriate section of the agenda.   Whenever possible, lengthy testimony should be presented to the Committee in writing (12 copies) and only pertinent points presented orally.  Requests to speak to items on the agenda shall be heard at the appropriate point on the agenda; requests to speak about subjects not on the agenda will be heard during the Public Comment section of the meeting.

A.   Privacy Protection Information Brochures

RECOMMENDED ACTION:  Approve three privacy protection information brochures for distribution within Laguna Woods, as recommended by the Privacy Protection subcommittee.

B. Property Maintenance Section of Proposed Zoning and Development Code

RECOMMENDED ACTION:  Review and, if warranted, recommend comments to the City Council regarding the Property Maintenance section of the proposed Ordinance to regulate land use and development within the City of Laguna Woods.

C. Fiscal Year 2003-04 Work Plan

RECOMMENDED ACTION:  Discuss the schedule for adoption of the FY 03/04 Budget and request that subcommittees update their FY 03/04 Work Plans for presentation to the City Council in June.
